Sales Consultant – Design, Retail & Exhibition Solutions Location: Sims Close Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9:30am- 6:30pm) Salary: Up to S$4,000 monthly basic salary + Commission + Business Transport Reimbursement + Performance Bonus + Staff Benefits Employment Type: Permanent Industry: Design Agency Job Summary Develop new sales opportunities and manage the full sales process for customised design, retail display, fabrication and exhibition solutions, from prospecting through project confirmation. Main Responsibilities: Identify and secure new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals and market research. Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and follow up on potential opportunities consistently. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable design, fabrication, retail display or exhibition solutions. Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations and supporting sales documents. Present proposed solutions confidently and respond to clients’ commercial and project-related enquiries. Negotiate commercial terms within the approved authority and close sales opportunities to achieve assigned targets. Manage the sales process from initial engagement through project confirmation. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, pipelines and forecasts. Coordinate with design, project, production and installation teams to ensure smooth project handover and execution. Maintain strong client relationships and support customer satisfaction throughout the project. Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall business objectives. Perform other related sales and business development duties as assigned. Requirements: Diploma in Business, Marketing, Design, Events or a related discipline would be advantageous. At least two years of sales or business development experience. Experience in consultative, customised or project-based solution sales would be advantageous. Prior exposure to design, fabrication, retail displays, visual merchandising, exhibitions, events, signage, interior fit-out or a related industry would be beneficial.
