Senior Control Engineer (BMS / HVAC Controls)

Position: Senior Control Engineer (BMS / HVAC Controls) Location: International Business Park (Nearest MRT: Jurong East walking distance) Working hours: 5 days a week, Monday - Friday, 8.30 am - 5.30 pm Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $9500 + AWS + Medical/ Dental Allowance + WFH Benefits Duration: Permanent Industry: Building Automation / BMS / HVAC Controls Main Responsibilities: Design and implement BMS control strategies for HVAC systems. Perform testing, commissioning, troubleshooting and optimisation of BMS/DDC/PLC systems. Develop control logic, HMI graphics and integrate BACnet, Modbus and IP networks. Review HVAC drawings, control schematics and technical specifications. Support project installation, startup, commissioning and documentation. Provide technical guidance to project teams and travel overseas when required. Requirements: Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation Engineering or related field. At least 5 years of BMS control engineering and commissioning experience. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, BMS, DDC/PLC, BACnet and Modbus. Able to interpret technical drawings and develop control logic. Willing to travel overseas for project support when required.
