Position: Private Duty Registered Nurse – One-to-One Patient Care Location: Central Working Days: 4 or 5 Days Shift Working Hours: 12 hours Day Shift Salary: Basic up to $10,000 + $50/Day Duty Allowance ($800 - $1,000/Month) Benefits: 14 Days Annual Leave + Insurance Coverage + Travel Allowance + Medical & Dental Benefits + Medical Coverage for Spouse and Dependants Duration: Permanent Why Join? Our client is seeking an experienced and compassionate Private Nurse to provide dedicated, one-to-one care for an individual patient. The role involves health monitoring, lifestyle support, mobility assistance and accompanying the patient during overseas travel when required. This role offers the opportunity to provide meaningful, personalised care with a strong focus on the patient’s overall well-being and quality of life. You will manage an individual care plan, work closely with the patient and family, and provide consistent medical, physical and lifestyle support. Responsibilities: Plan and manage the patient’s overall care and well-being. Deliver individualised nursing and bedside care. Monitor glucose levels, blood pressure and other relevant health indicators. Support dietary, lifestyle and daily wellness management. Monitor food, water and calorie intake according to the agreed care plan. Encourage and assist the patient with walking, exercise and suitable daily activities. Provide safe mobility and physical assistance when required. Observe the patient’s condition and communicate relevant changes promptly. Engage the patient positively and provide emotional reassurance. Accompany and provide medical and physical care during overseas travel when required. Maintain accurate care records and follow medical instructions provided by the treating healthcare professionals. Requirements: Must be registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) and hold a valid practising certificate. Minimum 5 years of relevant nursing experience, including bedside or direct patient care. Experience in oncology or haematology nursing will be advantageous. Able to provide safe physical and mobility assistance to the patient, including supporting walking and transfers where required. Caring, patient and positive, with the ability to communicate and engage the patient effectively. Able to work five days per week, including selected weekends. Willing and able to travel overseas with the patient when required. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to communicate with customers and overseas stakeholders who primarily use Mandarin for business discussions and written correspondence.
