Warehouse Assistant Cum Driver (Inventory / Class 3)

Position: Warehouse Assistant cum Driver (Inventory / Class 3) Location: Near Joo Koon MRT Working hours: Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 6.00pm Salary (commensurate experience): Up to $3,500 Basic + AWS + Variable Bonus + Medical Duration: Permanent Industry: Manufacturer of vacuum pumps, blowers and compressors – MNC Main Responsibilities Maintain smooth workshop operations and ensure accountability of incoming and outgoing products. Perform timely verification and unpacking of incoming shipments. Ensure proper packing and labelling of outgoing deliveries and shipments. Coordinate with the sales team to support smooth order fulfilment. Assist in loading, unloading and securing goods for transportation. Ensure proper documentation of products issued for repair or field service. Assist with warehouse organization and housekeeping activities. Perform stock checks, cycle counts and support periodic inventory audits. Perform delivery and collection of products to and from customers, suppliers and external warehouses in a safe and timely manner. Coordinate with external warehouses on inventory movement. Perform other ad hoc duties assigned. Requirements Minimum GCE N-Level, O-Level or equivalent. Valid Class 3 driving licence and able to perform delivery duties safely. 2 to 3 years of experience in logistics, inventory management, warehouse operations or delivery support will be an advantage. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications. Able to support loading and unloading duties with proper handling methods when required. Forklift licence will be an advantage.
