Warehouse Assistant

Position: Warehouse Assistant Location: Ubi, near MRT Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to S$2,700 Monthly Basic Salary + Overtime, if applicable + 1-Month AWS payable in December, pro-rated for new hires + 14 Days Annual Leave, increasing to 18 Days from the 3rd year and 21 Days from the 7th year + Medical and Dental Benefits after confirmation Duration: Permanent Industry: Manufacturing Why Join This Role? Main Responsibilities: Receive, verify and label incoming materials and stock. Arrange materials systematically on racks, shelves and storage bins. Pick, pack and issue materials based on operational requirements. Conduct stock counts and investigate inventory discrepancies. Inspect stock for defects or damage and report issues promptly. Maintain accurate inventory records using the company’s system. Keep the warehouse clean, organised and compliant with safety procedures. Perform other warehouse duties assigned by the supervisor. Requirements: NITEC or relevant qualification is advantageous. Prior warehouse or storekeeping experience. Basic computer literacy is required. Able to read and communicate in basic English to understand stock labels, system entries and workplace safety instructions. Responsible, organised and able to work well in a team.
