Sales Coordinator / Executive (Freight Forwarding)

Position : Sales Coordinator / Executive (Freight Forwarding) Location : Pasir Panjang Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 8.30AM to 5.30PM Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,000 + Commissions + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave + Medical Benefits Duration : Permanent Industry : Logistics Responsibilities: Follow up with network partners, overseas offices and agents on rate enquiries. Prepare quotations and negotiate rates with overseas agents and carriers. Assist with rates filing for carriers and SOC containers when required. Handle indoor sales activities, including telemarketing to develop new accounts. Visit customers when needed to maintain relationships and support business growth. Coordinate with internal operations team on urgent shipment matters when required. Support general freight forwarding enquiries and sales administration duties. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding, logistics or shipping. Knowledge of forwarding operations will be an advantage. Good communication, negotiation and follow-up skills. Able to work independently and handle rate enquiries efficiently. Comfortable with indoor sales, telemarketing and occasional customer visits.
