Our client is an established engineering and automation solutions provider supporting electrical protection, control and project execution requirements across Singapore. They are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to manage electrical protection and control projects from planning and design through installation, testing and commissioning. Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate and manage project schedules, milestones, budgets and cash-flow requirements to support timely project completion. Oversee project execution from design review and testing through installation, commissioning and handover. Coordinate closely with clients, contractors, suppliers, business partners and internal project teams. Work with the Site Manager to monitor site progress, resolve project issues and maintain delivery timelines. Track project costs, billing milestones, resources and outstanding deliverables. Manage multiple projects concurrently while ensuring priorities and deadlines are met. Prepare, maintain and submit project documentation according to client requirements and internal standards. Support technical discussions, project meetings, testing activities and commissioning arrangements. Ensure all project activities comply with regulatory, quality, workplace safety and health requirements. Provide regular project updates and escalate material risks or delays to the reporting manager. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or a related discipline. At least 3 years of relevant project engineering or project management experience involving electrical protection and control systems. Experience coordinating electrical projects from design and testing through installation and commissioning. Able to manage project schedules, documentation, costs and multiple stakeholders. Good understanding of electrical project execution, quality requirements and workplace safety practices. Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder-management skills. Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with project and site teams. Organised, responsible and able to manage multiple priorities within tight timelines. Candidates with power systems, substations, relay protection, testing or commissioning exposure will have an advantage.
