Accounts Executive

Position: Accounts Executive Location: Defu Lane Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm) Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,200 Monthly Basic Salary + Performance Bonus + Staff Benefits Duration: Permanent Industry: Gas Distributor Main Responsibilities: Responsible for maintaining full set of accounts (AR, AP and GL) and audit schedules Quarterly GST preparation Housekeeping and filing of finance documents Perform month-end closing for financial reporting within timeline Perform reconciliation between reports In charge of stock take and resolve any inventory discrepancies Any other ad-hoc duties assigned Requirements: Minimum Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent At least 3 years of experience in keeping full set of accounts Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Email to: abby.pang@searchpersonnel.com.sg for more information.
