Position: Sales Executive (Freight Forwarding & Logistics) Location: Tuas Working Days: Monday to Friday Working Hours: 8AM to 5PM / 8.30AM to 5.30PM / 9AM to 6PM / 9.30AM to 6.30PM / 10AM to 7PM Salary: Basic up to $4,500 + Commission + Transport Allowance + Performance Bonus Benefits: Medical Benefits + 14 - 21 Days Annual Leave Duration: Permanent Why Join? They are currently looking for a driven Sales Executive to develop new business and manage client accounts. Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to grow international freight forwarding business across FCL, LCL, air and road freight. Identify and secure new business opportunities with BCOs, shippers, importers, exporters and key freight decision-makers. Generate leads, conduct sales visits, prepare tailored proposals and close sales deals. Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term account growth and retention. Provide customised logistics solutions, including customs clearance, warehousing and value-added services. Manage key accounts, resolve customer issues and conduct regular business reviews with clients. Monitor market trends, customer feedback and competitor activities to recommend trade lane, pricing and service improvements. Lead, guide and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and maintain high service standards.
