Site Engineer (Steel Structure)

Position: Site Engineer Location: Boon Lay Working hours: Monday to Saturday (8am - 7pm) Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,800 + Performance Bonus + Staff Benefits Duration: Permanent Industry: Construction Main Responsibilities: Review and check construction drawings, especially for steel structure works Supervise and coordinate daily site operations to ensure works are carried out according to schedule and project requirements Manage and guide site workers, machinery, equipment, and material arrangements on a daily basis Coordinate with main contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve site issues Monitor work progress, quality, and safety compliance on site Prepare and submit daily site reports and work progress updates Assist in planning manpower, materials, and equipment required for site activities Support drawing amendments and basic CAD drafting when required Ensure site works are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project timeline Requirements: Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction, Structural Engineering, or related field Prior working experience in steel structure projects is preferred Basic knowledge of AutoCAD drawing is required Able to read and understand construction drawings Email to: abby.pang@searchpersonnel.com.sg for more information.
