Project Manager

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading global defence & technology group with operations spanning more than 100 countries. Their Unmanned & Integrated Systems business is at the forefront of maritime robotics, autonomous platforms, and complex systems integration, serving defence, public safety, and commercial clients worldwide. Project Manager Position Overview: The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to scope and staying within budget. This individual will collaborate with both external and internal stakeholders, coordinate cross-functional teams, optimize resource management, and oversee project progress. The successful candidate will also ensure compliance with contractual obligations, security protocols, regulatory requirements and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: • Successful execution and completion of engineering projects. • Develop comprehensive project plans that outline project goals, scope, timelines, resources and budget. • Monitor and control project performance, ensuring project milestones are met within specified schedules, in compliance with contractual obligations and relevant regulatory requirements while proactively addressing any risks or issues. • Manage project budgets, including tracking costs and ensuring completion of project within budget. • Leading and collaborating with customers, their consultants, OEM partners, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors throughout all project stages, including conceptualization, design, engineering, contract documentation, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and project delivery.
