About this role

Responsibilities: Lead the development and execution of the company's training roadmap, aligning learning initiatives with business objectives, operational needs, and workforce capabilities. Conduct training needs assessments, manage training budgets, evaluate programme effectiveness, and coordinate with external and internal training providers to deliver impactful learning solutions. Design and implement competency models for both technical and non-technical roles, while developing targeted development programmes to strengthen workforce capability and succession readiness. Establish and enhance learning frameworks, including e-learning, classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training methodologies, while developing internal trainers and strengthening knowledge transfer processes. Ensure compliance with statutory training requirements, ISO standards, workplace safety regulations, and shareholder audit requirements through effective governance and audit management. Drive initiatives that support talent pipeline development, training sponsorships, government funding optimisation, succession planning, and employer branding to enhance organisational capability and attractiveness.
