Regional Finance Manager (Logistics)

Responsibilities: Oversee the full spectrum of finance and accounting activities across the region, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with corporate and statutory requirements. Collaborate closely with senior leadership to provide financial insights, commercial guidance, and data-driven recommendations that support business growth and strategic decision-making. Lead budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis, and performance reviews to drive profitability, operational effectiveness, and sustainable business results. Lead and develop a high-performing regional finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and strong business partnership. Maintain robust financial controls, risk management frameworks, and regulatory compliance while managing audits, tax matters, and statutory reporting obligations. Champion finance transformation initiatives, system enhancements, automation projects, and process standardisation efforts to improve efficiency and support regional growth objectives.
