Financial Controller (Manufacturing)

Responsibilities: Oversee the full spectrum of finance, accounting, taxation, reporting, and IT functions, ensuring accurate financial management and regulatory compliance across the organisation. Manage monthly and annual financial reporting, statutory audits, tax filings, financial statement preparation, and compliance with ACRA, IRAS, and other regulatory requirements. Strengthen governance frameworks, enhance internal controls, and drive continuous improvements in financial processes, systems, and operational efficiency. Support payroll operations, employee tax reporting, government submissions, grant applications, and compliance with corporate tax, GST, transfer pricing, and other statutory obligations. Deliver financial analysis, profitability reporting, budgeting support, cost reviews, and commercial insights to support management decision-making and business performance improvement. Manage relationships with banks, auditors, tax advisors, government agencies, and internal stakeholders while providing financial and IT advisory support across the business. Lead and develop finance and IT teams, oversee technology enhancement initiatives, and support strategic projects including feasibility studies, valuations, investment assessments, and other business initiatives.
