Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of electrical system architecture for advanced packaging equipment Develop system-level electrical designs covering motion control, power distribution, sensors, and connectivity solution Collaborate closely with mechanical, software, and process engineering teams to enhance overall system performance. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the electrical engineering team while driving design reviews. Manage the full product lifecycle from concept development through implementation and sustaining engineering support. Requirements: Degree/Masters in Electrical Engineering Strong expertise in motion control, sensors, power electronics, and EMI/EMC.
