About this role
Responsibilities: Attends coordination, interface and project services meetings. Capture accurate and structured meeting minutes, including key discussions, decisions, risks, issues and constraints. Document action items with clear owners and deadlines Tracks and actively follows up on action items to ensure timely closure. Prepare project reports, dashboards, presentations and formal documents using PowerPoint, Word and Excel Maintains tracking logs and summaries with accuracy and consistency Ensure all reports are concise, error-free, and delivered within reporting deadlines and cycles. Supports progress tracking and consolidation across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning. Coordinates collection of multi-discipline project inputs. Maintains action, risk, issue and deliverable trackers. Ensures traceability and conssitency of information across project reports. Identifies opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, meeting effectiveness and information flow Proposes process improvements to enhance productivity and coordination. Requirements : Bachelor's Degree in Marine Engineering, Shipbuilding, Naval Architecture, Mechanical Engineering or relevant apprenticeship training in a marine trade Experience in FPSO, offshore, oil & gas, or large EPC projects Prior exposure to project services, project controls, or management reporting Accurate and timely meeting minutes and action tracking Strong coordination across FPSO project interfaces Continuous contribution to improving project services efficiency Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced FPSO construction environment Our Address: Seatrium (SG) Pte.
