Role Overview The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving new business acquisition, building strong client relationships, and contributing directly to revenue growth in Singapore. This role is suited for a proactive and commercially driven individual who enjoys consultative selling, identifying new market opportunities, and working closely with corporate clients to provide event, venue, and platform-based solutions. The successful candidate will be expected to manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation through to proposal, negotiation, closing, and account development. Key Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate clients across Singapore and regional markets Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, venues, and business partners Understand client requirements and recommend suitable MICE, venue sourcing, or SaaS-based solutions Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, pitching, proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closing Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activity, and new business opportunities Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding, service delivery, and post-sales support Maintain accurate sa…
