Servicenow Developer

Responsibilities: Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules to support business needs. Design and implement workflows, forms, UI components, and automation using ServiceNow best practices. Write and maintain client/server-side scripts, business rules, UI policies, and data integrations . Enhance platform functionality using Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, UI Macros, and Service Portal customization . Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring smooth platform performance and stability. Conduct regular system administration, patching, and upgrades to keep the platform secure and optimized. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement scalable solutions. Assist in integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications via APIs and integration tools . Requirements: 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration. ServiceNow certification (e.g., Certified Application Developer ) is a plus. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting (client scripts, business rules, workflows, UI actions, etc.). 2+ years of experience in ServiceNow Service Portal development (AngularJS, JavaScript, CSS, HTML). Strong understanding of REST APIs and integration methods for data exchange with external systems. Solid knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and experience in UI/UX enhancements. Ability to troubleshoot and optimize ServiceNow applications for better performance. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
