Senior Sales Engineer / Sales Engineer

Reporting to the Sales Manager/Sales Director, you will be responsible for securing sales of security products & systems and achieving desired sales coverage, market penetration and sales goals. Job Responsibilities: Oversee accounts of strategic importance and ensure achievement of monthly sales targets. Manage and coordinate all sales & marketing activities with consultants, contractors, developers, architects. Work closely with customers to ensure designed systems meet their expectations and comply with tender specifications. Prepare and follow up on tenders and quotations. Provide market and competition update and report key competitive activities and customer behavior. Build and maintain good customer relationship for revenue growth and customer retention. Maintain an awareness of new development in the industry. Job Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Engineering or its equivalent. With 3 to 5 years’ relevant experience in product and system sales in electronics security. Preferably with project sales experience is an added advantage. Solid existing sales portfolio and proven track record in sales growth. Strong customer focus, team player, independent and result-orientated. Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels. Energetic and high level of work commitment with a positive mindset. Demonstrate abilities to work in a fast-paced environment and able to work in cross functional teams. Work Location : Changi Business Park
