Sales & Business Development Executive (Power Track & Smart Home Solutions) Role Overview This is a high-impact, target-driven sales role for individuals who thrive in a performance-based environment. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, closing deals, and expanding Nexen’s presence across retail, project, and distributor channels in Singapore. Key Responsibilities Aggressive Sales & Revenue Growth Proactively hunt, prospect, and close new sales opportunities for Nexen Power Track and Nexen Smart Home solutions across Singapore. Drive revenue growth by targeting property developers, architects, interior designers, renovation companies, and building managers. Execute sales initiatives to build and expand distributor networks. Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through disciplined pipeline management and follow-through. Prepare and present persuasive sales proposals, quotations, and commercial offers to close deals efficiently. Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within approved guidelines to maximize both revenue and profitability. Maintain accurate tracking of leads, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts. High-Impact Product Presentation & Conversion Conduct compelling product demonstrations that convert prospects into paying customers. Perform on-site sales consultations and site surveys to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for Power Track layouts, adaptors, and Nexen Concept solutions. Position Nexen as a premium, must-spec brand , influencing decision-makers early in the design and renovation process. Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to convert influencer leads and campaign enquiries into closed sales. Field Execution & Closing Support Be actively engaged in the field, meeting clients, attending site visits, and pushing deals towards closure. Coordinate with installation and technical teams to ensure smooth execution that protects sales momentum and customer confidence. Follow up on after-sales issues to secure repeat business, referrals, and long-term accounts. Gather competitor intelligence, pricing insights, and market feedback to strengthen sales strategies.
