Sales Promoter

Key Responsibilities Product Demonstration: Showcase product features, benefits, and use cases to potential buyers. Customer Engagement: Approach passing shoppers or event attendees to generate interest and identify their specific needs. Sales Targets: Drive consumer purchases to meet or exceed daily and weekly sales quotas. Booth Management: Set up, organize, and maintain attractive product displays, ensuring an adequate stock of promotional materials and samples. Reporting: Track customer feedback, sales data, and promotional success, and report findings to management. Brand Representation: Act as a positive, enthusiastic face for the brand. Qualifications & Requirements Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience: Previous experience in retail, customer service, or direct sales is highly preferred. Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Personality: Outgoing, persuasive, and naturally customer-focused. Working Arrangements Availability: Must be comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and during high-traffic events. Wednesdays to Sundays: 11am to 9pm with an hour break. Monday and Tuesday off * Start Work Date : 15 September 2026
