Chief Operating Officer

Job Description: Oversees Project Department, Technical Department and Production Department Develop and execute the overall strategy for energy storage project construction and operations, aligning with the company's goals and objectives Provide strategic guidance to the Project team to ensure coordinated efforts and a cohesive approach throughout project lifecycles Monitor the progress of various projects, ensuring that construction and operational activities are carried out according to the established timelines and quality standards Lead, mentor, and manage the team, fostering a high-performance culture and promoting professional growth Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring that projects and operations adhere to relevant safety standards, regulations, and industry best practices Collaborate with other executive leaders to align strategies with broader company goals, ensuring a unified approach to growth and success Requirements: Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Building / Project Management or equivalent Minimum 10 years relevant working experience in the construction industry (building Façade) Strong leadership, organizational, planning and interpersonal skills Good working attitude with a high level of professionalism, integrity, initiative and a team player Knowledge and/or experience in contractual management is an added advantage Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
