Description: The Assistant Supervisor supports the Supervisor in overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining service quality, and assisting in achieving organizational goals. The role also involves monitoring employee performance, resolving operational issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Responsibilities: Assist the Supervisor in managing daily operations and staff activities. Supervise employees and ensure assigned tasks are completed efficiently. Monitor staff attendance, performance, and productivity. Provide guidance, training, and support to team members. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and operational procedures. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally. Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment as required. Assist in scheduling staff shifts and coordinating work assignments. Support the Supervisor in achieving departmental goals and maintaining high service standards. Perform other duties assigned by management.
