Purpose and Scope The Contracts Engineering team plays a pivotal role in managing the financial & contractual provisions which is crucial to the successful delivery of building projects. Responsibilities: Manage the financial & contractual provisions of all projects from pre-tender to post contract phases including quantities, variations, cost estimates, monthly claims, final accounts etc Work closely with Project Manager in preparing monthly updated project costing Develop suitable subcontract conditions for specific project requirements Prepare project budgeting and costing reports Responsible in cost estimating, quantity take off, claims preparation, variations and final accounts. Review of contracts, prepare tender & contract documentations, tender analysis & reporting, measurement etc Review sub-contractors claims and materials on site Standardize all agreements (e.g. subcontracts and joint ventures) with alignment to contract policy Requirements: Degree inInfrastructure and Project Management/ Quantity Surveying or its equivalent. Fresh Grads with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply. Strong in negotiation skills. Good understanding & knowledge of contracts law and its application. Exposed to various forms of contracts such as PSSCOC, SIA and FIDIC as well as other international form of contracts. Strong communication and presentation skills. Due to the sensitive project nature, only Singaporeans will be considered.
