Purpose and Scope The Civil & Structural Engineer plays a pivotal role in managing the Civil & Structural aspects of the projects which is crucial to the successful delivery of building projects. Roles & Responsibilities: Responsible for projects management, planning and design works Meeting clients & services providers on scope of service and conduct field surveys Handling project evaluation, budgets, documentation, technical specification and coordination Conduct analysis and selection of systems; evaluate project budgets Complete design documents & technical specifications Work coordination with other disciplinary teams including architectural, mechanical and electrical Assist in e-Submission to authorities for utilities services and related building regulatory submissions Requirements: Degree in Civil Engineering accredited by Professional Engineer Board, Singapore. Minimum 4 years of experience in the construction industry with both Design and Building experience.
