Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the company's overall business strategies and long-term growth plans. Lead and oversee all aspects of the company's operations, financial performance and business development. Drive strategic initiatives to expand market presence and improve profitability. Review and approve major operational, financial and investment decisions. Establish corporate policies and ensure effective implementation across all departments. Manage budgets, financial planning and resource allocation. Build and maintain relationships with key customers, suppliers, investors and business partners. Lead, mentor and evaluate the senior management team. Ensure compliance with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. Represent the company in negotiations, strategic partnerships and corporate matters. Report to the shareholders and oversee the execution of corporate objectives.
