Senior Vice President, Fund Services

Key Areas of Responsibilities Drive the development and enhancement of local client service offerings to support business growth in Singapore Providing client service to local clients in Singapore and improving local service procedures for Singapore Variable Capital Company (VCC) funds Understanding the needs of family office client segments and formulating corresponding service solutions Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery and maintain high standards of client satisfaction Establishing connections with local service provider network such as Singapore law firms, auditors, and tax advisors, and maintaining regular interactions with them Understanding the regulatory environment and market competition in Singapore to support strategic and decision-making Monitor regulatory developments and sector trends in Singapore and provide relevant updates and insights to internal stakeholders and clients Assist in building a local client service team in Singapore Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or a related discipline Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in client servicing, fund services, family office services, asset management, or a related financial services industry Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational and client serving skills Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client and business relationships. Ability to work independently with a results-driven, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset Fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with regional stakeholders
