Tender Specialist – B2B Sales (Public Sector & Enterprise Sales)

Location: Singapore Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Tender Specialist – B2B Sales to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, managing tender submissions, and developing strong relationships with public sector agencies and enterprise clients within the construction and manufacturing industries. This role requires excellent communication, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to manage the entire tender process from opportunity identification to contract award. Key Responsibilities Source and monitor tender opportunities through GeBIZ and other procurement portals. Review tender documents, specifications, and contract requirements. Prepare tender submissions, quotations, proposals, and supporting documentation. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and compliant tender submissions. Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, contractors, consultants, developers, and enterprise customers. Conduct sales presentations and introduce the company's products and services to prospective clients. Negotiate commercial terms and support contract finalisation. Follow up on submitted tenders and sales enquiries. Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and prepare regular sales reports. Monitor market trends, competitors, and upcoming business opportunities. Achieve sales and business development targets while ensuring customer satisfaction. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in tender management, business development, B2B sales, or a related role. Experience in the construction, manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sector is preferred. Familiarity with Singapore government procurement procedures and GeBIZ is an advantage. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word. Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
