You’ll work closely with senior chefs, contribute to menu execution, and uphold the highest standards of hygiene and food safety. Your Profile: • Able to work shift work including weekends and public holidays. • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a hotel environment. • Possess good knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and kitchen operations. • Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills. • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene. • Able to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. • A diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or Hospitality would be an advantage.
