We are expanding our frontline team and welcome sales professionals with a strong retail sales background who are keen to develop a long-term career in medical aesthetics. Prior aesthetic experience is an advantage, but comprehensive training is provided, making this role suitable for candidates transitioning from premiumretail, beauty, luxury, or service-based sales environments. Key Responsibilities Engage walk-in, call-in, and online enquiry customers, providing professional customer service before and after clinic visits Work closely with medical doctors and aesthetic clinicians to support consultations for skin, body, and hair concerns Explain treatment options, procedures, and products clearly and responsibly to clients Conduct basic skin, body, and hair assessments in accordance with clinic protocols Provide suitable recommendations based on individual client needs and clinical guidance Support appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and customer communications via phone and digital platforms Coordinate with internal teams on customer care and clinic operations Assist with administrative duties related to customer management and clinic workflow Role Requirements Proven sales experience in retail, beauty, aesthetics, skincare, luxury, or service-based industries Demonstrated ability to achieve consistent monthly sales performance (in-store or referral-based) Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification Strong customer service mindset with professional communication skills Comfortable working in a target-driven environment Able to comply with clinic operational policies and ethical standards Proficient in English, ability to communicate in Mandarin is preferred to support Mandarin-speaking clients Willing to work retail hours, including weekends Basic competency in using IT systems for daily operations What We Offer Clear career progression pathways within a growing medical aesthetic group Structured onboarding and continuous training with certification Supportive team environment with medical and management professionals 5-day work week Medical benefits Staff privileges on medical aesthetic treatments and products, up to S$6,000 per annum, selectable from a range of over 100 treatments (applicable to full-time employees) Complete the form before applying https://forms.gle/BANHb1kAYwBY7k6D8 Pay package within the stated range will be commensurate with relevant experience and educational qualifications.
