Intern - RegCo, Product Listing (Fall 2026, Jul to Dec)

The intern will assist in research regarding practices in other jurisdictions, monitor ongoing regulatory developments, and track product issuers’ compliance with regulatory requirements. This role involves exposure to the regulatory assessment process for new product initiatives, including analysis of product structures and jurisdictional comparisons. Candidates must be able to distill key points from voluminous information and possess an understanding of stock markets, securities products, or derivatives. Essential attributes include attention to detail and the ability to work resourcefully and independently when required.
