It also operates warehousing and container depot businesses in Malaysia. Role Description We are looking for a Traffic Controller in SH Cogent Logistics Pte Ltd. The Traffic Controller will assign trucking jobs to Prime Mover Drivers to truck containers; ensure timely deliveries, efficient route planning and effective communication with drivers and clients. Manage trucking activities to fulfil customers’ delivery requirement Monitor trucking and delivery status to optimize resources Coordinate container trucking consignments with Prime Mover Drivers and customers Ensure the accuracy of driver incentives for drivers Perform counselling to Prime Mover Drivers when necessary Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time Requirements Nitec or equivalent qualifications in logistics, supply chain management, transportation or a related field preferred Minimum of 1 year of experience in deployment of drivers for trucking of containers / loose cargo jobs Competent in Portnet Strong understanding of land transportation regulations, routes, and logistical considerations in Singapore Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with drivers, clients and internal stakeholders Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Other Information Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm, Saturday: 8.30am to 12.30pm In-house gym Dental, medical, insurance benefits Subsidised lunch
