Today it has grown into one of Singapore's leading logistics management service providers and a highly regarded company with a broad-based clientele that ranges from large local companies to multinational companies. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible to process shipping documentation and billing to customers. Key responsibilities Lead a team of customer service staff to process order requests from customers Engage with customers to resolve feedback to ensure high level of customer satisfaction Perform monthly billing to customers Handle customers' billing queries Monitor and forecast inventory movement Liaise with customers on inventory and other administrative and customer service duties Liaise with internal departments, vendors and third parties to process order requests from customers Maintain all shipping and tracking records of customer inventory and movement accurately Develop, maintain and submit a variety of reports periodically or as and when required Attend to customers' requests to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Requirement Diploma or equivalent in logistics, supply chain management, business administration or related field Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping documentation and billing role in a 3rd party warehouse Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, colleagues and external partners Benefits Work on alternate Saturday 2 ways transport from Jurong East MRT Daily meal subsidy In-house gym Dental, medical, insurance benefits
