Senior Site Engineer

Job Description: Liaising to LTA, QPS and other government authorities. Attend to technical matters at site by developing solutions to problems with the application of engineering concepts, practices and techniques. Planning of work and recourses with particular reference to work program to ensure timely progress. Close coordination with sub-contractors, supervisors, surveyors, laboratory personnel, foremen and to ensure effective teamwork. Provides relevant information and reports to Construction/Project Manager regularly. To liaise with consultants on the day-to-day inspection on site. To sort out discrepancies and other detailing problems in the construction works with the consultants and superiors. Implement any and all relevant policies, procedures and work instructions as so defined in the Company's Quality System and QSHE requirement. Assist Const manager to prepare daily/weekly and monthly site reports and submit to the planning department. Prepare MS, material and equipment request. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field Minimum 5 years of working experience in heavy civil engineering / MRT /infrastructure projects Able to work independently and possesses good technical, problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and willingness to learn
