Risk Management Facilitator

About the Role The Risk Management Facilitator (RMF) leads the end-to-end preparation and submission of civil design and construction safety documentation for LTA-regulated infrastructure projects. This role is central to project safety compliance — representing the project team at regulatory review meetings, driving risk analysis throughout the project lifecycle, and ensuring alignment with LTA safety requirements at every stage. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the end-to-end preparation of Civil Construction Safety Submissions (CNSS), Civil Design Safety Submissions (CDSS), and Project Safety Reviews (PSR) Represent the project team at LTA's Project Safety Committee Meetings (PSCM), presenting and defending CNSS submissions for regulatory review and approval Conduct comprehensive risk analysis, monitoring, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle to ensure compliance and proactive hazard management Prepare, compile, and submit all required documentation pertaining to Civil Design Safety, Construction Safety, and Project Safety Reviews to LTA in accordance with stipulated timelines and standards Facilitate and lead Risk Management Meetings and presentations with LTA stakeholders, ensuring alignment on safety requirements and mitigation strategies Job Requirements Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised university Minimum 8–10 years of relevant work experience in heavy civil engineering works and structural design Strong grasp of end-to-end construction processes, methodology, and technical expertise Sound working knowledge of safety and health practices in the construction industry Proven track record in the design and construction management of transit or rail projects Team player with a collaborative approach Strong work ethic and integrity We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
