Planner (Wip/Mrp/Eco)

Planner (WIP/MRP/ECO) Responsibilities: Execute daily production planning activities and monitor Work-in-Progress (WIP) to ensure production schedules are met and stakeholders are updated accordingly. Review material shortages and collaborate with buyers to expedite material deliveries, minimizing production disruptions and supporting customer demand. Work closely with Manufacturing, Logistics, Procurement, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth production flow and on-time delivery performance. Proactively identify and resolve issues related to material availability, production capacity, and order commitments through effective cross-functional coordination. Manage and monitor Material Requirements Planning (MRP) activities to ensure planning accuracy and data integrity. Balance supply and demand requirements to develop and maintain achievable production schedules. Review and process Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), evaluating their impact on materials, inventory, and production plans. Maintain and update Bills of Materials (BOMs) and implement necessary schedule adjustments to support operational requirements. Generate and analyze production and planning reports, highlighting key issues, risks, and bottlenecks. Utilize data analysis and reporting tools to support decision-making and drive continuous process improvements. Requirements: Min Diploma qualification with at least 4 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Planning, Materials Planning, Production Planning, or a related field. Hands-on experience with MRP systems, Oracle ERP, and Agile PLM is required. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting, planning, and data analysis. Knowledge of VBA and Power BI will be an added advantage. Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic manufacturing environment.
