Business Analyst (Transaction Banking Cash & Trade)

Must have experience in IT Project PMO and/or Business Analyst roles. Proven experience in developing technical and functional specification documentation, including traceability matrices, test case design, and execution. Background in banking, with direct experience working in or supporting transaction banking business. Successful track record in completing system rollouts within banking environments. Hands-on experience with end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect tracking. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across teams and stakeholders. Experience drafting operational procedures to support new systems and processes. Ability to conduct training sessions for internal teams to ensure adoption and knowledge transfer. Creative and critical thinking skills to identify innovative solutions that address evolving business challenges.
