Job Summary As a Regional Business Partner, you will drive business growth by introducing ShenSphere’s AI Commercial Kitchen Solutions to food service operators, building strong relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to expand market presence. Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities within your assigned territory to expand ShenSphere’s market reach Establish and maintain strong relationships with F&B operators, restaurant owners, and institutional food service providers to promote product adoption Actively promote and represent ShenSphere’s AI Commercial Kitchen Solutions to target customers, demonstrating product value and benefits Collaborate closely with ShenSphere’s technical and management teams to ensure seamless customer engagement and solution delivery Contribute to regional business growth by executing strategic sales initiatives and leveraging your entrepreneurial mindset Manage independent business partnership activities with a focus on long-term collaboration and sustainable growth Utilize provided marketing and technical support to enhance sales effectiveness and customer satisfaction Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience in selling food ingredients, food products, or related products is preferred to leverage industry knowledge and networks Strong business networks within the F&B industry to facilitate market penetration and partnership development Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and drive business initiatives Background in business development, restaurant consultancy, or hospitality is advantageous
