Bartender

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and service-oriented Bartender to prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails and drinks, while delivering excellent guest experiences at the bar. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of drinks and a strong interest in bartending and bar operations. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times. Ensure proper stock handling, including inventory checks and replenishment of bar supplies. Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner to enhance their experience. Recommend drinks and promote bar specials or seasonal offerings. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service standards. Assist in opening and closing duties of the bar. Support the team in daily bar operations as required. Preferred Competencies and Qualifications Basic knowledge of drinks and cocktails is required. Strong interest in bartending and bar operations. Prior experience as a bartender or in F&B is an advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Pleasant personality with a customer service mindset. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
