Regional Operations & Strategy Intern (Content & Creator) (Fall 2026)

About the team The Content & Creator team is a dynamic and results-driven unit, leading the content businesses – livestream and short video – for Shopee. Our mission is to strategically design, develop, and execute high-impact commercial programs that optimise demand generation, enhance supply, and achieve sustainable profitability across all our markets in Asia and Brazil. Responsibilities Support projects that focus on end-to-end growth and optimisation of initiatives to improve commercial, traffic and cost metrics Support regular reporting, including data analysis and visualisation, identifying key issues, designing hypothesis, structuring analysis and proposing solutions Where needed, liaison with local and regional stakeholders within Shopee to consolidate data, assets, etc Requirements Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in related field and/or have relevant prior internship experience Proficient in Excel and Google Suite Able to work well in a dynamic environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent time and stakeholder management skills Team-player, organised and detail-oriented individual Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months) Part-time interns who can commit for at least 3 working days are also welcome to apply
