Product Operations Analyst - Search & Recommendation (Bahasa Indonesia Speaking)(1-year Contract)

Responsibilities Work closely with the product & dev teams to make significant impacts on Shopee's search & recommendation engine through both technical and operational processes. Perform testing and QC to evaluate the quality of search & recommendation features. Surface issues with search & recommendation by reviewing bad cases and collecting product feedback. Provide analysis and insights into local market’s contexts and trends. Drive the optimizations of the labeling portals to improve efficiency and productivity. Requirements Degree or diploma from a recognized tertiary education institution Speaking English and Bahasa as this role will be working on tasks related to the Indonesian market. Communicate clearly verbally and in writing. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong execution skills and attention to detail. Strong commitment, bias towards actions, get things done reliably
