Regional Content Specialist, Regional Brand & Growth Marketing

About the team We are seeking a proactive, AI-driven, and execution-focused individual to support Monee’s regional SEO content initiatives. As the Regional Content Specialist, you will be responsible for driving SEO content workflows, experimentation, and optimisation across multiple markets. This role leverages AI-assisted workflows to support scalable SEO initiatives and improve visibility across traditional and AI-powered search environments. Candidates should have strong content sensibilities and understanding of local search behaviour, linguistic nuances, and market context. You will work closely with the Regional SEO function to execute scalable content workflows, support SEO experimentation initiatives, and improve operational efficiency across markets. This role combines AI-assisted execution, cross-functional coordination, and operational management to support regional SEO growth initiatives. Responsibilities Manage SEO content workflows, from ideation and briefing to content optimisation and delivery to local teams Review, refine, and optimise SEO-focused content aligned with search intent, user needs, and regional priorities Execute AI-assisted content workflows to improve content scalability and search visibility Coordinate with local teams, writers, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, alignment, and quality control Support SEO content experimentation and scalable content initiatives across markets Maintain content trackers, workflows, and operational documentation Identify content gaps and optimisation opportunities based on regional direction and business priorities Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field Minimally 2 years of experience in SEO content, digital content, editorial, or content marketing roles Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, including keyword research, search intent, and on-page optimisation Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity) within content workflows Familiarity with SEO and analytics tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, or similar platforms Strong execution and organisational skills, with ability to manage multiple content workflows and deadlines across markets Collaborative and proactive working style, able to coordinate effectively with local teams, writers, and cross-functional stakeholders
