Branch Manager (Full-Time) Company: Shugar Prestige Location: Paragon Shopping Centre, Orchard Road Shugar Prestige is hiring an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our Paragon outlet and oversee daily operations, team performance, sales growth, and customer service standards in a premium beauty environment. Salary Basic Salary: SGD 4,000 Total Monthly Earnings: Up to SGD 6,000–8,000 Key Responsibilities Manage daily outlet operations and ensure smooth workflow Lead, train, and motivate the team to achieve sales and service targets Monitor staff performance, scheduling, and service standards Handle customer feedback and maintain a high-quality client experience Ensure proper use of BeauteSoft for appointments, billing, and customer records Prepare daily sales and operational reports Requirements At least 3 years of experience in beauty, wellness, retail, or related industry At least 1 year of management or supervisory experience Strong leadership, sales, and customer service skills Familiar with BeauteSoft is an advantage Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays How to Apply Please WhatsApp your resume to +65 9858 0286 or apply directly via JobsBank .
