Sale Executive (E-Commerce and Retail Shop) Scope of Work 1. Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service in e-commerce and shop. 2. Operate cash registers, scanners, and other equipment to process customer purchases. 3. Handle sales transactions, operate cash registers, scanners and ensure proper accounting for money and orders. 4. Ensure shelves and displays are fully stocked and front-faced. 5. Assist in unloading products delivery and stocking shelves. 6. Stock checking and ordering prior to low stock level. 7. Responsible for products ordering, receiving and inventory updating. 8. Manage e-commerce orders print air way for stock picking, customer chatting and replying. 9. Upload and unload stock for picking and packing e-commerce order Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok and Shopify 10. Maintain a clean and orderly work area. 11. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. 12. Provide assistance to management when requested. 13. Willing to work on Weekend Skill Able to read AWB (Air Way Bill) from E-Commerce Platform Shopee, Lazada and Tik Tok, Shopify
