Security Officer - Artyzen Hotel Singapore

Responsibilities: Patrol hotel premises to ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, and property. Monitor and control access to the hotel, including screening visitors and checking IDs. Identify and address security risks, such as suspicious behavior, safety hazards, and fire hazards. Investigate incidents and accidents, prepare reports, and take appropriate action as needed. Maintain a visible presence and respond to guest inquiries and requests for assistance. Coordinate with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping and front desk, to ensure a seamless guest experience. Work closely with local law enforcement and emergency services to respond to emergencies. Enforce hotel policies and procedures, including those related to safety and security. Conduct regular security inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement. Participate in training and development programs to enhance security knowledge and skills. Requirements: Security and fire safety certifications are required. Previous experience in hotel security operations is an added advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well in a team environment and under pressure. Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail. Ability to respond quickly and effectively to emergencies. Must be physically fit and able to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Must be available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
