Delivery Supervisor (Catering) You will oversee daily delivery operations for our catering business, ensuring every order reaches customers on time and in excellent condition. Beyond coordinating drivers and resolving issues on the ground, you'll be a hands-on user of our delivery systems — helping shape the in-house fleet management tools we're building to run our operations smarter. Responsibilities Monitor and coordinate daily delivery schedules across all routes, ensuring on-time, complete order fulfilment Track deliveries in progress and proactively resolve delays, missed items, or route issues Serve as the point of contact for drivers and customers — handling last-minute changes and problems as they arise Provide roadside or on-site assistance when required (attending the office or delivery locations in person) Plan and adjust driver rosters, and step in to cover a delivery run if a driver is unavailable Act as an operational power-user of our delivery systems — testing new features, surfacing real-world issues from the field, and helping shape our in-house fleet management tools through the development cycle Liaise between kitchen production, drivers, and customers to ensure smooth dispatch and handover Maintain delivery records and report on delivery performance and recurring issues Ensure food-transport hygiene and safety practices are followed in line with SFA requirements Requirements Singapore Citizen or PR (S Pass candidates may be considered) Valid Class 3 / 3A driving licence — able to drive the company vehicle (Class 3C not sufficient) Minimum 3 years experience in delivery, logistics, or operations coordination preferred Strong organisation and problem-solving skills; calm under time pressure Able to respond to last-minute operational needs, including occasional hands-on delivery cover Physically able to load/unload catering loads when covering runs Willing to work a 6-day week Nice to have (advantageous, not required) Diploma in Logistics Management, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field Interest in or exposure to delivery/fleet management software, route-optimisation, or logistics tech tools Comfortable being a hands-on user and tester of internal systems, giving practical feedback to improve them Any experience with process automation, apps, or basic tech tools used in operations — a plus, as we're building our own in-house driver management software and want someone who can grow with it Own transport or a reliable way to commute is a plus, given our Tuas location Working hours Base hours: Monday–Saturday, 9:00am–5:00pm (6-day week, one rest day) Occasionally, if needed, may extend to 8:00pm to cover a daytime delivery run Night delivery cover (12:00am–7:00am) is rare and not expected — the team has dedicated backup drivers; on the uncommon occasion it is needed, rest days and off will be provided Employment details Full-Time · $3,300–$4,000/month Company vehicle provided for delivery cover (petrol and ERP covered) Based in Tuas at 27 Tuas Bay Walk, Westview Food Factory CPF contributions will be paid accordingly
