Job Summary Manage customer relationships and lead project execution from RFQ to mass production within the Electronics Manufacturing Services sector, driving revenue growth and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive revenue growth and business expansion Manage customer RFQ processes by preparing accurate costing and sales strategies for submission Lead project management activities from RFQ stage through to mass production to ensure timely delivery Coordinate and liaise with customers and internal departments to align project activities and resolve issues Drive project deliverables and action plans by utilizing reports, checklists, and other project management tools Manage product Engineering Change Orders (ECO), End of Life (EOL) processes, and inventory control to optimize product lifecycle management Required competencies and certifications Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Sales-related discipline Minimum 3 years of experience in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS), PCBA, or Box Build activities Proven experience in process manufacturing and program management Understanding of EMS cost structure and cost modeling Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills Willingness and ability to travel
