Location – 1A, depot close road Responsibilities: To manage and lead program, work cross functional to drive engineering development and implementation process for subsystem/component of a product/service offering. To coordinate activities to support project teams and internal/external development partners. To track progress for established plan, make decisions for schedule improvements, allocate resources to meet product requirements and development schedule. To develop schedules, handle critical deliverables, perform budgeting, build resource allocation plan, and support/oversee on assigned program. To manage program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to product stakeholders. To collaborate with management team, internal manufacturing and development partners to implement changes on product/process/program plan to resolve escalated issues. To develop solutions, and ensure adherence to budgets and established product roadmaps and schedules. To work closely with system team and ODM for the commodity qualification plan/IUR configuration arrangement and ensure/track ODM to complete the qualification on time. To keep track the commodity qualification status and work with engineering team for debugging and solution implementation. To get involve in the core team meeting for the commodity status and communicate across the system team and to highlight the critical issues. Create the mitigation plan for shortage risk. Work with system team, ODM and cross functional team to resolve urgent qualification request. To lead and provide guidance or mentorship for less-experienced staff members. Education and Experience Required: Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent. PMP/PMI certification preferred. Excellent communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation); mastery in English and Chinese. Typically, 4-6 years’ experience. (with Panel or Camera or Battery industry field is plus) Knowledge and Skills: Using project planning tools and software packages to create, manage, and track project results. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated experience coordinating and directing matrixed teams and resources. Ability to create and manage program schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language. Ability to effectively communicate program plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at management levels
