You will have the opportunity to engage with high net-worth clients and manage the sales team. Responsibilities Assist customers in selecting jewellery to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction Manage client relationships through proactive outreach and customer retention programs Develop and implement lead generation strategies to expand customer base Conduct sales training to improve team performance and product knowledge Organize product displays and actively promote products to increase sales Analyze sales data and prepare reports to inform sales planning and strategy Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed targets Ensure adherence to highest customer service standards and standard operating procedures Preferred competencies and qualifications Direct experience in jewellery sales Experience managing a sales team Proven skills in customer sales and contact strategy development Experience in luxury retail sales and jewellery customer service is a strong advantage Knowledge of gemstones (on-the-job training provided) Proficiency in Excel, Shopify, Zoom, and willingness to learn new tools Strong time management skills and ability to work independently Effective problem-solving skills Minimum diploma or degree holder in any field Positive attitude with a cheerful disposition Goal-oriented with a drive for problem solving Resourceful, organized, and energetic personality
