Food Stall Assistant

Work Location 47 Tanglin Halt Road, #01-311, Guan Kim Restaurant, Singapore 141047 About Us HU WEI ZHAI is a food stall located in a coffee shop with over 50 years of history at Tanglin Halt. We specialize in authentic Shanghai-style Chinese cuisine, serving Xiao Long Bao, wontons, noodles, and a variety of traditional Shanghai snacks and dim sum. Job Responsibilities Take customer orders and operate the cash register (POS system)； Prepare and pack takeaway orders； Serve food to customers accurately and efficiently； Prepare ingredients and assist with basic food preparation； Wash dishes and maintain cleanliness of the stall and kitchen area； Perform general stall operations and other duties as assigned； Working Hours 6-days/week Job Requirements: Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident preferred; Minimum 2 years of experience in the F&B industry; Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment; Responsible, reliable, and customer-oriented; Basic English communication skills; Chinese speaking is an advantage as many customers speak Mandarin; Salary From S$2,200 per month Salary is negotiable based on relevant experience and qualifications.
